Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy
Kiwis ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. By placing an order, you agree that the shipping address provided is within the U.S.

5.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5.3 Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your products safely and efficiently.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. For custom orders, processing times may vary based on the complexity of the project, and these will be communicated during the order process.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery address. Estimated delivery dates will be provided when your order is confirmed.
   

5.4 Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

• Orders are shipped only to physical addresses within the United States.
   

5.5 Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

• Contact us immediately at contact@kiwiscraft.com.

• For damaged shipments, retain the original packaging and product as they may be required for filing a claim with the carrier.

• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
   

5.6 Custom Order Shipping
For custom woodworking orders, delivery timelines may be longer due to the time required to craft your product. Specific timelines will be discussed and confirmed before your order is finalized.

5.7 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

5.8 Customer Responsibility

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
