Frequently asked questions
Stock is on an as needed basis on many items. Even when an item is out of stock, many of them will have pre-order options that will be made as soon as you place the order. Pre-ordered items out of stock will take a little longer to ship since it is being made to order. (Each item will show the extended ship time in preorder options)
Limited items and other cases will be stocked only when materials are available. You can always contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com or go to your "Request in stock" page to send us an alert of items you wish to purchase that are unavailable!
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a refund.
Items already shipped will have to go through the Return process for Items returnable under the return policy. (14 days on most items)
Signing up is the best way to track your orders! Navigate to your Members page in the top right of the website (Usually your chosen name) and click MY ORDERS. Any orders placed while being a member will be saved here to view at any time including tracking information.
Tracking information will also be e-mailed to you after the item has been shipped. In the event you do not receive a tracking number or input the wrong emails address during checkout. Please contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com
At Kiwi's, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the best customer experience. We understand that sometimes something doesn't work out and you may want to return your purchase. That is why we offer a 14 Day Return Policy on eligible products. You can return or exchange any eligible products that are un-used or in the event they are damaged in shipping within the 14 day return period. Refunds and exchanges will be applied after we receive the products back.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged Items through misuse and exceptions can incur a restocking 15% fee. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
