Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kiwis . If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and non-customized items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
     

6.2 Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care by the customer.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
     

6.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com with your order number and reason for return (and photo if possible).

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Package the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

6.4 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
     

6.5 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Contact us to confirm the availability of the replacement item.

  • Follow the return process outlined above to return the original item.

  • Any price differences or additional shipping costs for the new item will be communicated before the exchange is finalized.
     

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@kiwiscraft.com with photos of the damage and your order details.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
     

6.7 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
