This product quilifies for return or exchange for:
- Damages during shipping (exchange for same product or return coverd)
- Changed mind (Accepted, shipping return is payed by customer
- If product is damaged from misuse, but still qualifies for return. Customer is responsible for shipping and refund is subject to partial return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged Items through misuse and exceptions can incur a restocking 15% fee.

Orders under $199.99 ship for a flat rate based on the productor weight, so you know exactly what to expect (exclusion may apply to bulk orders, freight, and special orders). Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside the United States at this time.
